I'm Done

I just finished Rachel's Knitting Room KAL. We did a regular size cloth and a mini cloth.

I LOVE the Pattern... I liked the mini cloth. It was a lot of work and my hands hurt from the small needles.

I don't see myself making another mini cloth for awhile.

But I need to do it once RIGHT!!!

The big cloth is made with P&C HOT Pink with size 5 needles.
The mini cloth is made with size 000 needles and size 10 yellow crochet thread.

Now I'm taking a dishcloth break to work on a crocheted doily.

I'm all caught up on my KAL and Mini KAL.

I really like how it is turning out.

I'm taking a break from knitting tonight.

Mini knitting is starting to hurt my hands..

This is my first time knitting with needles this small.

DW Dishcloth

I just found a new love...

It's the DW Cloth.

I love how the variegated yarn turn out.

The pattern is quick and easy.

This one is made with size 6 needles and Faded Glory from P&C

Can't to get make another one...

FunDishcloth KAL

Here is my second KAL for this month. It's on the 7th day.

Not sure what it is yet. This is the first picture cloth that has eyelet in it.

Can't wait until it is done.

Monthly Dishcloth July KAL

Here is the picture of my July Monthly KAL.

It is made with size 6 needles and S&C Hot Orange.

Great choice for July. Summer had finally hit the Seattle Area.

Christmas Gifts

I've been racking my brain lately trying to figure out what to make for Christmas. I'm trying HARD to start EARLY this year.
I've been slowly putting bits and pieces together.
Here are a few link of stuff I'm going to make.
My hubby works for Panda Express, so I'm going to make his crew Panda dishcloths designed by Rachel.
I going to make so CD Baskets, Feather and Fan Washcloth and Back Scrubber, Soap sack, washcloths, towel toppers, potholders, dishcloths.

SASE Mystery Shawl Week 2

Now I think I'm only 3 weeks behind. I love this pattern. I have one mistake. I didn't catch it in time, so I'm not fixing it. It will give my shawl some character. LOL

I do both. Right now I'm a better crocheter than knitter. I'm working more on my knitting than crochet.
How long have you been knitting\crocheting?
My Step mom taught me to crochet in 94 and my Grandma taught me in 2000.
Have you knit dishcloths or dishtowels before?
I've done simple dishcloth before this month, when I learn about picture dishcloth. I'm hooked on the now. Haven't knitted a dishtowel yet.
What are your favorite cotton yarns?
I've used Sugar & Cream and Peaches & Cream.
Is there a cotton or linen you’ve been dying to try but have not?
I'm open to any kind of cotton or linen

What type of needle do you prefer using?
My favorites are Turbo Addi's. I'm slowing building a set. I would also like to get a set of Knit Picks Options.
What other projects do you enjoy knitting or crocheting?
I like to knit scarf and hats. I love to crochet doilies and square for afghans.
Do you have other hobbies or enjoy other kinds of crafting?
I like to read, surf the net, quilt, sew... basically anything crafty...
What kind of treats do you like?
I love Reese Peanut butter Cups , White Chocolate Kit Kat,White Chocolate, but not White Chocolate Reese Peanut butter cups. I know I'm weird
What colors are your kitchen and bath decorated in, if any?
Kids/Main bathroom is decorated in Rubber Duckies and Light Blue and Yellow. My bath is beige with seashells. Kitchen is sage green.
What are your favorite colors and what colors do you dislike?
I like pinks, purples,melon,peaches,teal. Not a big Red or Orange fan.
Do you drink coffee? Tea? Other beverages?
Don't drink Coffee, Tea or Hot Chocolate. Like to drink Water or Crystal Light.
Do you have any kids (human or pet variety!)?
1 son (11), 1 daughter(3), Hubby and 1 Cat
Do you have any allergies?
Not really an allergy, can't stand the smell of smoke since I quit smoking in March.
I have been smoke free for 4M 3D 16h 50m (123days).
